However, References to ‘you’, ‘your’ as well as ‘yours’, and after endorsement, the member, are references to the individual completing the associate’s application form. These terms and conditions figure the rules & regulations for the use of Difit Lifestyle’s Website, www.difitlifestyle.com located in the United Arab Emirates.

PRINCIPLE TERMS

  1. This agreement begins once you have indicated your acknowledgment of our Terms and Conditions in the declaration section during you become the member at Difit Lifestyle Sport Services.
  2. New Membership approval will be the responsibility of the management. The administration claims all authority to dismiss any application for enrollment to Difit Lifestyle under any circumstances, in their outright tact.
  3. In order to take the membership at Difit Lifestyle. You have to be of 16 years of age or more.
  4. Your membership starts immediately at Difit Lifestyle and you can schedule the session to a timing which is convenient to you.
  5. We won’t trade or give any administrations to OFAC and endorsed nations.

PHYSICAL HEALTH OF MEMBER

  1. In accepting these Terms & Conditions of Difit Lifestyle Sports Services each member bears and also represents that he/she is in perfect health and is not discerningly incapable of engaging in just as well active or passive exercise. The member, however, warrants that such Difit Lifestyle practice would not be deleterious to their health, safety, comfort as well as to well-being or physical condition.
  2. You should report to your trainer if you felt with any kind of infection or contagious illness before getting into the training session at Difit Lifestyle. Such that, the trainer can help you with the session in a much easier manner or can guide you to do the necessary.

 

RULES AND REGULATION – INSIDE DIFIT LIFESTYLE

Each member who takes the membership at Difit Lifestyle should be aware of certain rules and regulations. They are as follows;

  1. Each member must be decently attired in a well standard workout clothes and even you should carry a shoe at all times when attending the session.
  2. Difit Lifestyle has the right to permit and not to permit inside each and every training session, once the member fails to follow the condition (1) mentioned in our rule and regulations.
  3. Each Member can accomplish their own workout patterns at their own risk. Management is not sensible for any accidental damage caused due to fallacious exercise.
  4. Members who sweat freely are advised to carry their own towels and during the workout sessions, it should be used in various practices.
  5. Each member is advised to return all portable equipment to respective cabins at the gym.
  6. Profanity is not allowed inside Difit Lifestyle and if it is seen that any of the member-supported the same, his/her membership will be terminated.

UNDERTAKING

I take an interest in the exercises at Difit Lifestyle at my sole hazard and obligation. I accept the hazard and duty regarding any damage, demise, or property harm resulting from my participation in the training session

I have perused, comprehended and agreed to the above terms and conditions of Difit Lifestyle and that my request can be dropped if any data given to Difit Lifestyle in the order booking form or even on the checkout page is found to be misleading at any later date.
