DiFit Lifestyle Yoga instructor Rosh was initially drawn to yoga as a method to lose some weight that she has gained throughout her pregnancy. After first few months of continuous practice, she has found strong benefits in this ancient practice which helped her improve greatly not only in shedding the weight, but it also catapulted her into her spiritual journey. The practice has made her more focused, much calmer and relaxed in dealing with daily stress of life and physically fitter.
Having completed 350hr of intensive training in Hatha Yoga, Rosh who is registered with the Yoga Alliance, brings a unique program gained through her hours of teaching at multiple countries across South East Asia. Combining breath with movements, she crafted a style called Hatha fusion which comprises of fast paced flowing asanas, along with holding the poses for a few breaths while going within to find focus, stillness, and gain sense of connection to the present. With detail on proper alignments and breathing technique, she makes sure that her classes are strong and challenging yet safe and gentle for all levels.
She believes that, yoga is for every “body” no one is too old or young, to stiff or weak for yoga. It’s the mind that we have to conquer to be able to take that first step onto the mat and then enjoy the rest of the journey.
