Program Description
DiFit’s personal training methodology consists of three different phases that are aligned towards getting our clients the most optimum results in the least amount of time frame. These programs are designed by our team of acclaimed and top level personal fitness trainers who have honed their raft over the years through extensive education, research and experience.
Each week consists of a program that is based on a duration of three weeks. Each session program will be customized according to your goals, in addition to improving your quality of life and well-being. Our personal trainers are driven to improve your lifestyle habits with methods that are fun, before your realize it, physical training will become a vital part of your life, a necessity and method to beat stress.
Regardless of profession, lifestyle fitness level, blood type and physical condition. From Young Kids, Professional Athletes, Corporate employees, Senior citizens to Pre and post natal clients, and injured clients, we can proudly state that our approach has helped several individuals in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman to accomplish their goals and besides achieving their goals our clients have reached astounding milestones they never even anticipated of.

Post signing up,
our novice clients are put through the first initial phase 1 of our training program which lasts for a period of three weeks, each of the phases are designed particularly to ensure you progress and is aligned towards your fitness goal. Even though the precise duration of all the three phases is nine weeks, it is not shocking that some of our clients have achieved their goals by the end of phase 1 and are even further excited to set new goals to accomplish.
In order to customize a program that is optimally suited for your body type and goal you will be undergoing through DiFit’s exclusive fitness assessment which will play a vital role to compare the progress you’ve made during your fitness journey with us. DiFit’s fitness assessment will enable our personal trainers to evaluate and measure your current fitness level and lifestyle trends, in a scientific approach. The assessment will feature an –
In Body test –
to evaluate your Bio metric Details, Body Fat percentage, Muscle mass, Body Mass Index, Heart Rate, and Visceral fat.
Physical Fitness Assessment –
This assessment will consist of multiple small tests to evaluate where your current fitness level stands at. The test will be measuring few of the components of fitness such as Strength, Power, Speed, Core strength, cardiovascular strength, endurance and flexibility. If there is a component which you are deficient at, we will be emphasising to improve your capacity in that area over time, hence why this assessment is a requisite to work on your weaknesses as well.
Postural Analysis
A good posture speaks volumes of an individual’s physical persona, hence why it is a key when you are representing yourself in front of the world. Many are unaware of the abnormalities they could have in their posture and the risks it poses to health of our spine, due to the compression forces of the muscles that it applies to our spine. This test servers a major purpose in identifying your posture in scientific methods by our team. Once identified our team will be dedicated towards improving any deviations that have occurred in your posture. So over time your spine returns to its initial natural position, which is safe and healthy for your spine.
Lifestyle Trends and Nutritional Analysis
In order to provide you access to nutritional and lifestyle hacks, strategies and tips that are easy and fun for, our personal training team will be evaluating your nutritional habits and day to day life trends. The data collected during this assessment will be used to provide you with a tailor made nutritional program, in addition with successful and easy strategies to help you dial in on your nutrition. It will also help you to be consistent with rewarding lifestyle routines that will have a huge impact on your fitness and quality of life.
