Hello everyone! I’m an amateur fitness trainer with personal experience of losing more than 30 kilograms. I work out not to compete, but for overall health benefits and longevity. My main focus is to show clients the limits of what their body can do and how this affects their ability to succeed in all other aspects of life. The programs I specialize in include body re- composition (losing fat and building muscle simultaneously), fat loss, and muscle gain, and overall toning. Each workout will be based on your individual goals, with each session differing from the previous one.

I am a rather friendly and extroverted individual. My workouts are assisted by my speaker, which blares amazing hip-hop and electronic dance music, while we sweat throughout the gym. Through my years of training, I have noticed that people are highly motivated by their own individual results, and that is what I strive to achieve in every training session. Progressive overload (lifting more over time) will be the main goal at the end of each training session, with results being compared session after session.
