Professional Swimming Coach

As a professional swimming coach and Swimming instructor Aboubakr has great all round experience, both in the pool and in the gym. He is  level 3 certified swimmer.

For beginners he will help you learn the basics of swimming, water safety and teach you why swimming is an important life skill. For those with some swimming experience he can help you advance and even improve your stroke. If swimming for fitness is something you are interested in Aboubakr can combine swimming with other personal training methods including PT for weight loss, body toning and cardio health.

Aboubakr is a motivational coach, if you have tried to learn to swim in the past but failed he can help you overcome any self-imposed boundaries like fear of water.
